Lyemance Dampers mount easily atop a flue tile with silicone sealant. A 32' stainless cable drops down the flue and mounts in the firebox.
Longer cables and a 4' cable shield may be ordered separately. Damper comes with instructions, hardware, and silicone sealant.
NOTE: Don't use Lyemance dampers with gas logs - failure to open could cause carbon monoxide to back up into the house. In case of a gas leak, gas could be trapped in the flue, resulting in an explosion.
