The rotary cleaning system with round button connectors (compatible with ProKleen and RoKleen) is an industry standard. Building your own rotary system is easy. Begin by choosing a starter rod and a suitable number of steel rods. Add the glaze removal chains for heavy, baked-on, glazed creosote. “Quick links” attach the chains to the hub and adjust the chain length for different flue sizes.
To remove flue tiles, you’ll also want to add some or all three of the tilebreaking tools. Just mix and match as needed. To drive your rotary cleaning system, use a heavy-duty 1/2" drill with a minimum of 7.0 amps and a maximum rpm of 900. Rotary system tools can be used interchangeably with ProKleen and RoKleen tools and rods.
1/2" thick and connects to Round Button cleaning rod and ProKleen rods.
Use for 8" x 8" or 7" x 11".
